Camp In Europe

There are many compelling reasons for taking a European tour and one of the most important is the fact that this is an incredible cultural experience. When one thinks of a European tour, camping is definitely not the first manner of seeing this amazing continent that springs to mind. And yet to go camping in Europe is fast becoming a fun way for tourists and locals to enjoy the beauty of this rich and diverse continent.

There are a wide variety of camp sites in Europe that offer something for everyone. There are the more expensive camp sites which offer the camper a bit more luxury.

Then there are also others that are more reasonable and offer all the basics. They are ideal  for any type of tourists. In some cases one might even find that there are camp sites that  offer their services for free, but then you have to make sure that you get there first.  Then there are some that are slightly higher end which afford one some luxuries

There is a growing trend in eco-tourism and this is an important source of revenue for Europe and something that is prompting more people to see the continent from its camp sites. There are many travel agents that now specialise in this type of travel and they are able to recommend the best camping holidays. You could enjoy a package that lets you hike through the most gorgeous parts of Europe and you will find that a simple Bed and Breakfast will seem like a castle.

Budgetary constraints are something that most of us have to deal with at the moment and a camping trip around Europe certainly takes care of this issue. These packages are fast becoming a cheaper way of seeing Europe as they allow the tourist to explore at a much cheaper rate than an organised tour package which includes hotel stays and transport.

There are a number of popular camp sites such as Ilha da Berlenga which is situated in Portugal. This camp site is situated on a hill overlooking a secret cove and the Spanish camp site of El Burro Blanco is also incredible. It is surrounded by nine acres of forest and you are bound to feel as if you have escaped to another time. Les Romarins is a French site that is also well known and these are just three examples of a huge variety that await you.

So there is an incredible amount to choose from when considering the idea of going to camp in Europe. All in all no matter what your tastes, your need for rest and relaxation or even the size of your pocket, to camp in Europe is a fun and amazing way to explore and experience the wonder and diversity of this amazing place which calls itself Europe.
